Disclaimer & Service Terms

By booking a service with MCAGR - Premium Auto Care, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

1. Service Location & Access

Our mobile detailing services require safe and legal access to your vehicle. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the location is accessible, secure, and permits detailing services (e.g. parking space, power/water access if required). MCAGR will not be held liable for any penalties, fines, or restrictions arising from services performed on private or public property. Customers are fully responsible for arranging any necessary entry permits. Failure to do so will result in full service charges.

 

2. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Clients must disclose any pre-existing damage, modifications, or fragile areas on the vehicle prior to service. MCAGR is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed issues, deteriorated parts, or previous poor repairs. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or if the condition of the vehicle differs significantly from the original description. Pricing may be adjusted on-site if extra work is required beyond the initial estimate.

 

3. Results & Expectations

While MCAGR strives to deliver high-quality results using professional products and techniques, outcomes may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, and material wear. Full stain removal, scratch elimination, or restoration of heavily damaged areas is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed after inspection. MCAGR does not offer warranties or guarantees unless specifically stated in writing for particular services.

 

4. Valuables & Liability

Clients are advised to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. MCAGR will not be liable for loss of or damage to items left inside the vehicle.

 

5. Weather & Rescheduling

In the event of poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, MCAGR reserves the right to reschedule appointments. Clients will be notified in advance and given the earliest available alternative.

 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a full service charge. If the customer cancels the service after it has begun, the full amount as originally agreed is still payable. Refunds will not be issued once services are completed.

 

7. Photographic Evidence

For quality assurance and marketing purposes, before-and-after photos may be taken of the vehicle. These images may be used by MCAGR unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the service begins.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

All services are performed with professional care. However, MCAGR or its staff shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service — including but not limited to paint peeling, clear coat deterioration, electronic faults, or issues caused by factory or aftermarket defects.

In the event of a dispute, MCAGR reserves the right to accept or decline servicing any vehicle at its sole discretion. No monetary compensation, refunds, or part replacements will be offered under any circumstance.

 

9. Pricing & Payments

All service prices are strictly non-negotiable. Pricing is based on the condition and type of vehicle, and may be revised during the detailing process if additional work is required.

Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services.

 

10. Contractor Use

MCAGR reserves the right to use qualified independent contractors to perform detailing services, as required.

 

11. Scope & Specifications

MCAGR reserves the right to refuse or deny any customer requests that fall outside the agreed scope of services or which exceed reasonable expectations for the chosen package.

 

12. Timing & Delivery

Estimated timeframes for vehicle completion are provided as guidelines only. Each vehicle’s condition and service type may result in longer or shorter durations than anticipated.
